Ideal Foam (M) Sdn Bhd was established as a mattress manufacturer on June 1, 2006, while Vazzo Marketing Sdn Bhd was established on September 28, 2012, as a mattress marketer. The company is located at Lot 11048, Kawasan Perindustrian Taman Tuanku Jaafar, 71450 Senawang, and is supported by a workforce of over 120 staff. Additionally, our production facility manufactures most of the essential materials required for mattress production, including various densities and types of foam, Bonnell springs, pocketed springs, and rebonded foam. This integrated approach allows us to maintain strict quality control at every stage, ensuring superior craftsmanship in every mattress we produce. We also utilize a wide range of advanced machinery, including quilting machines, tape-edge machines, embroidery machines, foaming machines, Bonnell spring machines, pocket spring machines, rebonded foaming machines, and more. Every machine is operated and overseen by its respective departments to ensure optimal efficiency, precision, and quality throughout production.

Our diverse product portfolio includes Bonnel & Pocketed Spring, Re-bonded Foam, and Fibre Mattresses, marketed under our established brands—VAZZO, PESINO, and DREAM STAR. These brands are strategically positioned and distributed through our dedicated marketing arm, VAZZO MARKETING SDN BHD. In addition to our branded offerings, we also specialize in OEM mattress production, serving both domestic and international markets with superior craftsmanship and innovation.
